Windows Vista Setup
NOTE: Frequently when performing actions on Windows Vista, the User Account Control window
pops up and asks you to select Continue to authorize the action. The instructions in this section do
not include this step.
To enable a Windows Vista endpoint for 802.1X:
Windows desktop>>Start>>Control Panel>>Administrative Tools>>Services
1 Start the wired service:
1a Double-click on Wired AutoConfig. The Wired AutoConfig Properties
window appears.
