To add IAS to the Windows Server 2003 installation:
Windows desktop>>Start>>Settings>>Control Panel>>Add or remove programs
1 In the left column, click Add/Remove Windows Components. The Windows
Components Wizard window appears, as shown in the following figure.

2 Select the Networking Services check box.
3 Click Details. The Networking Services window appears, as shown in the following
figure.

4 Select the check box for Internet Authentication Service and any other Windows
Internet Authentication Service (IAS) components you want to install.
5 Click OK.
6 Click Next.
7 Click Finish.
8 Install any IAS and 802.1X updates that are available.
