1/3 and 2/3 rear bench seat seatback trim: Removal - Refitting
a Remove the 2/3 rear bench seat seatback trim.
Note:
When separating the « trim - foam » , hold the
velcro strips.
REFITTING
I - REFITTING PREPARATION OPERATION
a Always replace the nuts (3) and (13) of the side hin-
ges (4) and (14) .
II - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
1 - REAR BENCH SEATBACK TRIM 1/3
a Refit:
- the headrest guides (9) ,
- the 1/3 rear bench seat seatback trim .
Note:
Check that the Velcro strips still hav e sufficient
grip before refitting the trim.
a Partially refit the 1/3 rear bench seatback « trim -
foam » assembly.
a Clip on the headrest guides (see Rear seat hea-
drest guide: Removal - Refitting) .
REAR SEAT TRIM

a Clip on the rear bench seatback unlocking mecha-
nism guide.
a Refit:
- the retaining sections (6) of the 1/3 rear bench
seatback,
- the rear trim (5) of the 1/3 rear bench seatback,
- the side hinge (4) ,
- a new side hinge nut (3) .
a Torque tighten the side hinge nut (25 N.m).
D91 or K91
a Refit:
- the trim (2) ,
- the bolt (1) .
a Refit the headrest (see Rear headrest: Removal -
Refitting) .
2 - REAR BENCH SEATBACK TRIM 2/3
a Refit:
- the headrest guides (22) ,
- the 2/3 rear bench seat seatback trim.
Note:
Check that the V elcro strips still have sufficient
grip before refitting the trim.
a Partially refit the 2/3 rear bench seatback « trim -
foam » assembly.
a Clip on the headrest guides (see Rear seat hea-
drest guide: Removal - Refitting) .
