In the New User wizard, define the following parameters:

User Login Name
A unique user name must be defined for each RMX system installed in the
Microsoft environment.

Description
Enter the name for the RMX user. This name will be
used in the configuration of the ICE environment in
the RMX. For example, rmx111.
Note: Only lower case characters and/or numbers
must be used.
Enter the same name as entered in the First Name
field.

name for this user. It is the domain name defined for
the Lync server or Office Communication Server.
