18 Paste (Ctrl + V) the New Certificate Request as required by the
Certificate Authority.
When creating the certificate request in the Certificate Authority site, make sure
that the Web Server option is selected as the Certificate Template, as shown in
the example below.
The Certificate Authority issues the TLS/SSL certificate, and sends the
certificate to you by e-mail.
If the process of purchasing the certificate is short, you may leave the IP
Network Service - SIP Servers dialog box open. Otherwise, close it without
saving the changes to the Transport Type and Certificate Method.
CSR Method - Sending the certificate
After you have received the certificate from the Certificate Authority:
If you have closed the IP Network Service - SIP Servers dialog box, repeat
steps 1 to 11 in the procedure "
and Installing the Security Certificate"
19 Open the Certificate Authority email and Copy (Ctrl + C) the certificate
information from the Certificate Authority's e-mail to the clipboard.
20 In the IP Network Service - SIP Servers dialog box, click the Send
Certificate button.
The Send Certificate dialog box opens.
