The path to the certificate file, for example:
-Output C:\Certificates\rmx111.pfx.
That will create a certificate request file that can then be emailed to a
certification authority for processing. When the PrivateKeyExportable
parameter is set to True, the request creates an exportable certificate's
private key.

Check that the certificate file (*.pfx) file was created in the location
specified in the create certificate command.

Creating the Certificate File for the RMX

File" to create the certificate that will be used for the RMX.
