Command Line Help System
The Help system is made up of a series of commands that can be used to
get help on all available commands and details on their syntax.

Querying Help for all Command Headers
The
return all SCPI commands and queries and IEEE 488.2 common
commands and common queries implemented. No single line will be
longer than 80 characters long. The full path for every command and
query shall be returned separated by line feeds.

A <SCPI header> is defined as:
It shall contain all the nodes from the root. The <SCPI program
mnemonic> contains the node in standard SCPI format. The short
form shall use uppercase characters while the additional characters
for the long form shall be in lowercase characters. Default nodes
shall be surrounded by square brackets ([ ]).
