4. For an on-site localized operation with little obstruction by the nearby
buildings or terrain, height of any external antenna, if installation
approved by IDA, shall not be more than 10 meters above ground level to
limit the radio wave propagation; and
5. No repeater station shall be used to extend the radio coverage.
Without permission granted by the NCC, any company, enterprise, or
user is not allowed to change frequency, enhance transmitting power or
alter original characteristic as well as performance to an approved low
power radio-frequency devices.
The low power radio-frequency devices shall not influence aircraft
security and interfere legal communications. If found, the user shall cease
operating immediately until no interference is achieved. The said legal
communications means radio communications is operated in compliance
with the Telecommunications Act. The low power radio-frequency devices
must be susceptible with the interference from legal communications or
ISM radio wave radiated devices.
For Reducing RF Influence, Use Properly
Subject to indoor use only with conditions that no harmful to authorized radio
station and free of interference protection.
The device needs to be installed by trained engineers and is restricted to
fixed, point-to-point operations.
