Restoring Default NVRAM Settings from a File
WARNING!!
Perform the following steps to restore the default NVRAM settings from a file:
1. In the SANsurfer FC HBA Manager main window HBA tree, select the HBA port.
If you want to configure multiple HBA ports with the same settings, hold the
CTRL key while selecting multiple HBA ports. The HBAs must be the same
model, for example, all QLA2340 HBAs.
NOTE:
2. Click the Utilities tab. The Utilities tabbed page displays
11-14
bound with the given target ID (in the NVRAM). The corresponding
target ID is taken; you cannot assign the same target ID to another
target on the same HBA.
Changing NVRAM incorrectly can cause serious damage to your
system.
Only the Settings (HBA Port Settings and Advanced HBA Port
Settings) and Utilities tabbed pages can be configured for multiple
HBA ports; therefore, the remaining tabbed pages do not display
when multiple HBA ports are selected.
