unconfigure vlan <vlan name> ipaddress
Description
Removes the primary IP address of a VLAN.
Syntax Description
vlan-name
Specifies the name of the VLAN for which the primary IP address is to be unconfigured.

N/A
Usage Guidelines
Use this command to remove the primary IP address on a VLAN. The primary IP address will be
cleared only if there are no secondary IP address(es) configured for the VLAN.
Example
The following command removes the primary IP address for the VLAN named vlantest4:
unconfig vlan vlantest4 ip-address

This command was first available in ExtremeWare 1.0.
This command was modified to enhance the multinetting implementation. It was made available in
ExtremeWare 7.3.0.
This command was added to the Summit "e" series of switches in ExtremeWare 7.1e.
