configure pim timer bsm-wait-time

configure pim timer bsm-wait-time <seconds>
Description
Configures the value of BSM wait time in seconds.
The value of this timer can be seen using the
Syntax Description
seconds
Default
20 seconds.
Usage Guidelines
If the value specified is 0, the older entries in the active group RP set list would be deleted immediately
based on the information in the current BSM fragment received and will not wait for any further BSM.
Example
The following command configures the PIM BSM wait time to 30 seconds:
bsm-wait-time
configure pim timer

This command is available from ExtremeWare 7.7.
Platform Availability
This command is available on all platforms.

command.
Specifies the time in seconds to wait for more BSM fragments after a BSM
fragment is received. The active RP set is updated based on the BSM
fragments arrived within the time interval. The group entries that are in active
RP set but have not been received in the latest BSM fragment will be deleted
after the BSM wait time.
The range is from 0 to 50.
