The server has an internal USB 3.2 Gen1 port to install a USB device that can be used as a flash boot media or for data backup/redundancy.

Procedure
Procedure
1. Power down the server.
2. Remove all power:
a. Disconnect each power cord from the power source.
b. Disconnect each power cord from the server.
3. Disconnect all peripheral cables from the server.
4. Remove the server from the rack.
5. Place the server on a flat, level work surface.
6. Remove the access panel .
7. Plug in the USB device into the USB port.
8. Install the access panel .
9. Install the server into the rack.
10. Connect all peripheral cables to the server.
