ing the bit [Positioning Completed].):

The bit [Axis Operating] is OFF. Therefore, the error
counter reset processing is immediately started.
Because the bit [Error Counter Reset] is turned
OFF, processing will be interrupted and the bit
[Positioning Completed] will not turn ON.
When the bit [Error Counter Reset] is turned
OFF, the bit [Busy] will turn OFF.
