18.3 DIAGNOSTICS

18.3.1 NETWORK DISCOVERY
The Network Discovery tool is a communication diagnostic utility used to verify that each card in a system is
connected, assigned and running the correct version of firmware. Connection issues can help identify PFRN wiring
or firmware mismatch problems and assignment issues can help identify configuration or installation errors.
18.3.2 NETWORK DIAGNOSTICS
The Network Diagnostics tool displays the number of lost communication packets and the packet error rate for
each connected card in the system since the last reset (with the "Reset" button at the top of the screen) or power
cycle. This information is useful when troubleshooting communication issues.
18.3.3 SYSTEM DATA
The System Data Screen displays raw input and output data for the inputs and outputs of every connected card.
This screen is useful for troubleshooting.
