16.7 I/O EXPANSION WIZARD

The I/O Expansion Wizard is used to configure inputs and outputs for use with the IO Expansion Card.
16.7.1 SELECT APPLIANCE SCREEN
27. Select the appliance for which the I/O expansion inputs are to be configured. I/O expansion inputs must be
configured for each appliance separately.
16.7.2 ADD INPUTS TAB
28. Select "Add Input" and follow the on-screen menus to set up all required inputs per design documentation.

Description
The input represents a fuel pressure device.
The input represents a process flow device.
The input represents a fluid level device.
The input represents a generic input device.
The input represents an external 4-20mA firing rate signal.
The input represents a 4-20mA fuel actuator position feedback signal.
The input represents a 4-20mA air actuator position feedback signal.
The input represents a bleed valve proof of open switch.
The input represents a 4-20mA FARC actuator position feedback signal.
Sensor Reading
The input represents a 4-20mA oxygen concentration sensor.

The input represents a switch.
The input represents 4-20mA transmitter.
Input trip shuts down the controller and prevents starting until cleared.
Input trip transitions the controller to the Waiting state and prevents
transitions to any fuel state until cleared.
Input trip generates an alert but does not affect system behavior.
Input trip transitions the controller out of any main fuel state and
prevents re-entry until cleared.
Input trip shuts down the controller when attempting to prove airflow.
The input is used for PID control in accordance with the
Advanced PID Control
The input does not generate alerts or otherwise affect system behavior.
Specifies the input name displayed on the Appliance Status Screen.
Specifies the input units displayed on the Appliance Status Screen.
Specifies the threshold below which a low trip event occurs.
Specifies the threshold above which a high trip event occurs.
Specifies the deadband applied around each setpoint to prevent
fluctuation between states when input is near the trip points.
