Overheating of the power module (IPM) was
detected.
The servo amplifier software processing failed to
finish within the specified time.
The servo/spindle amplifier is not connected.
Or, the axis No. setting for the servo/spindle
amplifier is incorrect.
A spindle amplifier is connected to the servo
axis.
Or, a servo amplifier is connected to the spindle.
Check the axis No. of the spindle specification
parameters.
