The specifications of the power supply for this system are given
in Table 1-1.

Grounding：Connect the instrument to a ground terminal with a
grounding resistance of 100 ohms or less.
Prepare compressed air (compressor), acetylene and argon gases.
The specification of the Argon gas for this system are given
in Table 1-2.
