5.14 Insertion and Remeasurement of Sample

Insertion of
Samples
While pausing measurement, you can add samples or
remeasure already measured samples.
In order to pause a measurement, use the Pause button.
Refer to Section 3.9.2
NOTE:
If the measurement is paused by Cancel button, some
samples may be left in the cuvette. Resume the
measurement after running the temperature program
once or removing samples in the cuvette through the
maximum heat by removing the autosampler tray.

With the current measurement kept in pause, click the [Edit
Sample Table] button in the Monitor window.

The Edit Sample Table window opens. Then click the
[Sample Name/Conc. Correct.] tab.
A sample after measurement is indicated in blue characters
and a sample before measurement is indicated in black
characters (Fig. 5-38). Select a sample before
measurement by clicking its No. (entire row turns blue) and
click the [Insert UNK] button. Then, a sample will be
added above that row (Fig. 5-39).
