(3) Click "Add>>" The selected sample ID moves to
the "Selected Data" field.

(4) Click "OK." You can select a sample ID from the
"Selected Data" field and click "<<Remove" to
move it back to the "Sample ID" field.
 Overlaying all profiles
Display atomized profiles of all measurement samples in
a measurement data file.
 Printing
Print out atomized profiles.
 Copying
Save the atomized profile window to the clipboard.
