6.1 Using Correlation Coefficient of Working Curve (Check Working Curve)

6.1.1 Setting
Procedure
Whether the working curve is appropriate or not is judged based
on the correlation coefficient. And remeasurement or deletion
of the standard sample will be carried out according to
specification.

Click the check box of Check Working Curve.

Set the following items.
 Corr. (Determ.) Coef.:
Specify the reference value of correction coefficient for
checking if the working curve is appropriate.
In case the order of working curve is linear, correction
coefficient is used for judgment. In case the order is
quadratic or cubic, determination factor is used.
 Action:
Specify any of the processes below in case the
correlation coefficient is smaller than the reference value.
After any process, a message is printed in a report.
Continue ............... Continues the sequence of
End ....................... Interrupts measurement.
Rerun All STD ..... Remeasures all standard samples
Del. Outer STD ..... Deletes the farthest standard
Run Outer STD .... Remeasures the farthest standard
