3.1 Generation of Measurement Conditions
3.1.5 Setting of
Analytical
Conditions
 PMT Voltage
Specifies a voltage at which to start the search for an
optimum photomultiplier voltage in the automatic setting
of lamp energy. Normally the optimum value is preset
for the set element, and need not be changed.
Since the optimum voltage will be searched for
automatically even if the PMT voltage setting is changed,
the PMT voltage at measurement will not vary. If the
PMT voltage at measurement differs largely from the
setting, specification of a value close to the
measurement voltage will shorten the condition setting
time.
Input range ........... 1 to 1000 V
 Absorbance Decimal Place
Normally this is set at "4 digit". "5 digit" may be set for
detecting a very small change in absorbance when there
is very little noise, for instance. The decimal place can
be changed after completion of the measurement.
