4.
Shortly after turning on the light source lamp, the
reference signal fluctuates due to a change in the
lamp energy.
The lamp requires a warm-up period of about 10
minutes after turning it on. Measurement should
be started after the reference signal has stabilized.
5.
In a measurement immediately after a cuvette is
mounted, the reference signal may not stabilize
due to contamination of the cuvette.
After mounting a cuvette, carry out heating at the
highest temperature a few times.
The Temp. Program Development function should
be executed after stabilization of the reference
signal.
 Detection Start
Enter the REF absorbance for detection of background
absorption.
Usually, the default value should be used.
Input range: 0.0001 to 1.0000 Abs
 Detection End
Enter the REF absorbance at which it is judged that
background absorption ended after it had been detected.
Usually, the default value should be used.
Input range: 0.0001 to 1.0000 Abs
Dry addition
This function is provided for adding one more drying stage
under the determined conditions after a drying test and then
executing the temperature program.
When you apply check mark to the "Dry addition" check box
by clicking it, stage 2 (drying) will be implemented under the
input conditions.
