(6) Make entries in the [Sample Table] window. In [No. of
UNK], set the number of samples including the first
unknown sample. The samples are not aspirated from the
cup position specified for the first UNK sample, but the
sample names need to be entered to display the sample
names.

(7) In the [Sample Injection] window in [Autosampler], enter a
value for [Injection Volume]. To the sample injection
volume set here, the standard sample of the same volume
will be added. So far as an adequate sensitivity is ensured,
a volume of about 10 L is appropriate.
