Third measurement
An ashing test is executed up to the [Max. Temp.]
level. Therefore, the third program starts not at
800°C given by adding the final increment to
600°C but at 700°C determined by [Max. Temp.].
[Dry Test] is executed up to the [Start Temp.]
given by "[End Temp.] - 20°C".
Therefore, the third program starts not at 140°C
given by adding the final increment to 110°C but at
130°C determined by "[End Temp.] - 20°C".
 Ramp Time (s)
Enter a value corresponding to [Ramp Time] in the
heating temperature program.
In the ashing test function, the start and end
temperatures are fixed at the same level, so a constant
temperature will be held actually.
Usually enter a value of about 20 s.
