NOTES: 1. The spectra of each wavelength indicated for
wavelength accuracy explains the condition during
diagnosis. It, however, does not indicate sensitivity
or deviation. Check Judgment Results in the table.
2. The wavelength setting method used for diagnosis
is directly moved to the set wavelength. This
method depends on the precision of the
wavelength drive mechanism and does not
necessarily indicate the peak position of the lamp
energy.
