(3) "Leak Test - Gas Charging" is displayed on the instrument
monitor bar.

(4) When the flow path is filled with gas, a message instructing
you to close the main valve will appear. So close the main
valve of gas and click [Yes] on the dialog.

(5) [Leak Test...] will appear on the instrument monitor bar,
and a gas leakage test will commence. It takes about
5 minutes to complete the test.
(6) When the test is finished, the message will appear as long
as there is no abnormality. The [OK] button is clicked and
the message is closed.
The instrument monitor bar will be in the [Ready] state.
