5.7 Auto-Flame Off

5.7 Auto-Flame Off
After completion of manual measurement, you can take the
Auto-Flame Off step in which a flame is made to burn for a
specified period time for the purpose of cleaning the burner
chamber.
(1) In the Monitor window, select the [Auto-Flame Off]
command from the [Instrument Control] menu.
(2) The Auto-Flame Off dialog box will then appear. Specify a
value in the [Delay Time] entry box, and click the [OK]
button.

NOTE: Since it also serves as cleaning after completion of
measurement, it is recommended to set the auto-flame
off waiting time to about 15 minutes. Also make sure
the amount of the blank solution to fill is sufficient.
