 Atomize Test
For the [Atomize Test], a judgment method can be selected in
the "Temp. Program Test Conditions" dialog box.
Each judgment standard is described below.
Judge: Sensitivity
Judgment will be made according to the comparison of
absorption sensitivity when changing the [Start/End Temp.] in
the [Atomize Test].
<1> When the absorption sensitivity falls 10% or more, the
test will be terminated. The temperature just before the
sensitivity falls will be judged as the [Start/End Temp.].
<2> If the absorption sensitivity falls twice in succession
though the fall lies within 10%, the test will be terminated.
The temperature condition that causes the first sensitivity
dip will be judged as the [Start/End Temp.].
<3> If an atomization test is terminated without satisfying the
end conditions in <1> and <2>, the maximum
atomization temperature entered for [Temp. Program
Test Conditions] will be judged as the [Start/End Temp.].
NOTE:
When the end conditions in <1> and <2> are met, the
test of the relevant element will be terminated and the
procedure will advance to the next element.
Judge: Repeatability
According to the comparison of repeatability (RSD) at different
[Start/End Temp.] in the [Atomize Test], the temperature that
ensures the best repeatability (RSD) will be judged as the
[Start/End Temp.] of the heating temperature program.
NOTE:
If there are two or more start temperatures ensuring
the best repeatability (RSD), the lowest one will be
judged as the [Start/End Temp.].
