RFOW Spread

working and on the
proper Satellite.
Satellite BW
Segment has
incorrect
parameters.
RFOW received
with a CRC.

Corrective Action
Check to make sure you have the correct
RFOW Spread Factor (Configure 
Network Centric Waveform Setup)
RX Problem Check RX cabling and
LNB/LNA.
Enable Transmit in ACU GUI re-point
Antenna to correct satellite.
Check your RF Cables.
Check transmit gain settings, verify
transmit functional in spoke mode.
Check that the correct satellite has been
selected.
Check the initially computed terminal RTD
to be within 1 ms of the actual RTD.
TX Problem - Check TX cabling or
BUC/SSPA Output.
Check ACU GUI Alerts Tab and
acknowledge all Yellow Alerts.
Enable Transmit in ACU GUI.
Check cable connections.
Re-enter current Pass Phrase.
Satellite Segment IDs need to match.
Set Modem to maintenance mode then
back to NCW mode.
Reboot Modem.
