connectivity.
Alert showing no
network
connectivity.
Transmit and
Receive Functions
have been
disabled.
MSK and Pass
Phrase do not
match NC MSK
and Pass Phrase.
RFOW Lost or not
Acquired.

Corrective Action
Check power cord, check electrical outlet.
Replace Modem.
Check LAN cable connections between the
PC, Modem and any LAN switch in
system.
Check IP addresses for Modem and PC.
Cycle the Power to the Modem.
Refer to System Status page and
acknowledge/clear Alarms.
Clear the arp tables of the CDU PC by
typing arp –d at a command prompt.
Check to see if Antenna is pointing toward
a satellite. If not, troubleshoot satellite
system positioning system.
Check to see if antenna is obstructed, if
obstructed clear or move the antenna.
Check system status page for correct
satellite settings, if wrong, enter correct
settings.
Check for the correct date and time on the
PC.
Do not read the Security Message, select
Yes immediately. Check the AES field in
the Status Bar for "Missing current Pass
Phrase" message.
Re-enter MSK Key and Pass Phrase.
Close and reopen HCI.
Re-enter TRANSEC Pass Phrase.
Re-point Antenna.
