10.3 R2CP Operational State

This determines the current state of the node-level operational protocol status. The
enumeration is a list of states from the R2CP node-level protocol. It is more than just
established or not established because the state also reflects whether R2CP is enabled
via the MIB, and whether the NCW network connection (login) is established.

You should right-click on the update button refresh the session display with data
from the Modem. When a new session is established or torn down, the Modem
notifies the HCI, which in turn changes the "Update" status indicator at the top of the
window to green.

R2CP is disabled and NCW is not operational. Entered at startup, when

NCW deregistration happens in state DisabledOperational.
