Operation Environment
The Portable Ultrasound Diagnostic Scanner must operate within the proper
environment and keep consistent with the requirements described in this
section. Before using the unit, ensure that all requirements are met.
This unit can operate optimally by implementing the following require-
ments:
3.7.1
Operate Room Condition
Ensure that there is sufficient air flow around the Portable Ultrasound Diag-
nostic Scanner when installing or operating.

Pull the probe and connector straight out of the probe port.
Carefully slide the probe and connector away from the probe port.
Ensure the probe cables are free.
Ensure the probe head is clean before putting it in its storage case.
The printers can only be powered from the respective port provided on
CAUTION
the cart. Do not connect the printer to other power sources.
