Chapter 7 - System Operation
Distance Ratio, Area Ratio and Volume Ratio Measurements
Distance ratio, area ratio and volume ratio calculate the ratio between two
measurements. Users can set this method in the Preset, or select this meth-
od in the soft menu. Refer to the measurement methods of distance, area
and volume for its measurement methods, which will not be repeated here.
General M Mode Measurements
In the measurement of M mode to conduct a system preset, refer to the
method of B mode Measure Preset; we will make an operating introduction
on the measurements through the soft menu below (Refer to the following
figure):
Distance Measurement
Function: To measure the distance between two vertical points on the M
mode.

Segment length D1, D2, D3, Formula unit: cm.
1-Ellipse Method
Function: Use the ellipse method to calculate the volume, and please
refer to the Ellipse Area Method for specific measurement methods. Af-
ter the measurement is completed, the volume will be displayed in the
Measurement result table.

Segment length D, ellipse area A, Formula unit: cm.

Enter M mode.
Press Measure key on the control panel, and click Distance.
A dotted line will appear. Roll the trackball to adjust the position of
the starting point, then press Set key on the control panel.
