The Quad Screen Other Controls
Determine the current imaging mode being one of 2D or Color mode. The
following controls are responsible for the regulating the corresponding
mode.

Using The Quad Screen
In the Split Screen, press 1/2/4 key on the control panel to activate the Quad
Screen. Press Update/Menu key on the control panel to switch the active
window.
Optimizing The Quad Screen
Determine the current imaging mode being one of 2D or Color mode. The
optimization refers to the corresponding mode (2D Mode/Color Mode/Pow-
er Mode/DPDI Mode/TVI Mode/EI Mode/SRI Mode).

Cine Loop
Cine loop is an important part of the ultrasound. Cine loop is available for all
imaging modes. It's also helpful towards doctor's review: select the appro-
priate image, print reports, and other important clinical operations. Cine
loop consists of freeze playback, single- frame file playback and multi-frame
file playback.

Description
Turn the gain knob to adjust the overall brightness of the
image. Turn clockwise to make the image brighter, and
turn counterclockwise to make darker.
Use the TGC control sliders to adjust the brightness at the
different depth. Move the slider left to decrease the
brightness at the corresponding depth; Move the slider
right to increase the brightness at the corresponding
depth.
Flip the Depth knob to adjust the range of scan depth. Flip
the downwards to make the range of view larger; and flip
the upwards to make the range of view smaller.
Enables multiple image display windows in which four
images can be viewed simultaneously.
Switches the active window.
Display more Main menu controls: TVI (the phased array
probe has only), EI (the linear array probe and the convex
array probe have), SRI (the phased array probe has only).
