In Report screen, select Template in the Main menu. The Tem-

plate selection menu is displayed showing the available report
templates:

Select a template from the template list (Select Cancel to re-

turn to the current template). Then the selected template is
displayed on the screen.
To edit patient information
Trackball to heading of the information to edit. The trackball

marker is changed to a hand with pointing finger.
Press Set key on the control panel. The original location of the
STEP 2
data is displayed.
Press Report key on the control panel when completed.
STEP 3
To add an image to the report
Trackball to the image of interest in the image clipboard.
STEP 1
Press and hold down the Set key on the control panel, and us-
STEP 2
ing the trackball, drag the selected image to the Images area
in the report. (If the Images area is empty, double click the im-
age in the image clipboard, add the image to the empty Imag-
es area.)
To move an image between Images area, press and hold down
STEP 3
the Set key on the control panel, and using the trackball, drag
the selected image to the new location.
