To add texts, perform either of the following operations:
Type texts

To remove an image from the report, press and hold down the

Set key on the control panel, and using the trackball, drag the
selected image out of the Images area.
Add texts to the Findings and Diagnoses text boxes
On the control panel, press Report.
The system will pop up the Report dialog.
In the Findings or the Diagnoses text boxes, type texts.
On the control panel, press Report.
On the Report dialog, click Insert text.
The system will pop up the Insert text dialog that includes the
Nodes list, the Findings list and the Diagnoses list (Users can cus-
tomize pieces of information that is displayed on those lists, refer to
7.14.4 Insert text).
On the Node list, select the node that cannot be divided anymore.
Users can browse the text related to that node on the Findings and
the Diagnoses lists.
Double click that node to add the text that is displayed on the Find-
ings and Diagnoses lists to the corresponding text boxes, if neces-
sary.
In the Findings or the Diagnoses text boxes, do one of the follow-
ings:
Type, delete or modify the text.
Click in red words, and then select other words from the drop-
down list to replace earlier.
To print a report
Select Print in the main menu, the report is printed on the default re-
port printer (please refer to the section 7.13.5 for the details of the Re-
port Printer configuration).
To store a report
Select Store in the Main menu, the report is stored in the Re-

port archive (Every examination can store its own reports). A
confirmation window is displayed when completed.
Click OK button.
