Export a worksheet
To export a report, follow these steps:

Text annotations may be inserted anywhere on the screen. The annotation
can be a free text or a selected text from an application-specified library or a
user-defined library.

Text Overview

Press Text key on the control panel to activate the Text function.

In the USB port, insert a USB disk.
On the control panel, press Worksheet.
On the Worksheet dialog, click Export.
The system will pop up the Export dialog.
On the Removable disk drop-down list, select an inserted remov-
able disk, and then type a file name in the file name text box.
Click OK to save the changes and close the Export dialog.
Note: The file is saved in the PDF format.
