Add texts related to a root node
To add texts related to a root node, follow these steps:
Open the Insert Text dialog ("Config/Diag" > "Patient" > "Insert

Text").
Click Add Root.
STEP 2
A root node will be added to the Node list.
On the Node list, discontinuously click the added node twice,
STEP 3
and then name it.
In the Findings or Diagnoses text boxes, type texts.
STEP 4
Click OK to save the changes and close the dialog.

Add texts related to a child node
To add texts related to a child node, follow these steps:
Open the Insert Text dialog ("Config/Diag" > "Patient" > "Insert

Click Add Root, and then click Add Child.
STEP 2
You can click Add Child repeatedly to add multiple child
nodes.
