DataFlow
Communication between the Portable Ultrasound Diagnostic Scanner and
other information providers on the network takes the form of dataflow. Each
dataflow defines the transfer of patient information and images from an in-
put source to the unit, and from the unit to one or several output sources.
A dataflow is a set of pre-configured settings. Selecting a dataflow will auto-
matically customize the unit to work according to the settings associated
with this dataflow.

Select the desired Mark Library from the combo box.
Move the cursor to the marks list of the selected Mark Library. Click
the mark and click Delete button.
Select the desired mark from the marks list of the selected Mark Li-
brary.
Press the up arrow. The mark is moved one step up.
Press the down arrow. The mark is moved one step down.
Chapter 7 - System Operation
Description
Put the First Mark as Default Mark:
When checked, the first mark will be
default display at the bottom right cor-
ner of the imaging area once the Body
Mark is activated.
Erase when image is Unfrozen: when
checked, erase Body Mark when image
is Unfrozen.
Body Mark Background: Select the
background of the Body Mark from the
pop-up menu.
OK: press this button to save the set-
tings and then exit the Preset dialogue
window.
Cancel: press this button to exit the
Preset dialogue window without sav-
ing the settings.
Apply: when this button is highlighted,
press this button to save the settings.
