Optimizing Panoramic Imaging Mode

Description
Compensates for depth-related attenuation in an image.
The sliders nearest the operator affect the far field. TGC
amplifies returning signals to compensate for the attenua-
tion caused by tissue at increasing depths.
Adjusting the depth will influence diagram frame rate and
resolution. Decreasing the depth may allow for higher
frame rate and lower resolution. Increasing the depth will
increase image resolution and decrease frame rate.
While in 2D mode press Alt key on the control panel.
Select the Pano parameter on the main menu to access Panoramic
Imaging Mode.
Use the Gain and TGC controls to optimize the overall image.
Use the Depth control to adjust the range to be imaged.
Use the Focus pos. control to center the focal point(s) on the region of
interest.
Use the Freq. (increment frequency) increase resolution in image.
Use the Freq. (decrement frequency) to increase penetration.
Use the Width to provide a greater field of view.
