the plunger and tighten it just snugly.
NOT overtighten the nut, to prevent possible
damage to the diaphragm.
3- Insert the small disc washer into the
center hole of the housing.
4- Insert the glass sight gauge in the
housing and check to be sure it is properly
seated.
5- Install the spring over the boss on the
plunger.
6- Work the pump plunger down through
the spring and the housing with the dia-
phragm seated on the housing.

pump washer. Check to be sure the housing
is level to allow the spring to remain
position when the pump housing is installed.
8- Position the pump housing down over
the spring and relief valve.
9- Start to thread the eight screws se-

and then tighten them evenly and alternate-
ly.
