images can be uploaded
onto the phone. Only
the .jpeg file format is
supported and the
maximum file size is
256KB.
Note that the image file
name is case sensitive.
Allows the administrator to
display the desired screen
saver image. Note that if
BACKGROUND_IMAGE_
SELECTABLE is set to 1
then the end user can
override this setting.
