IPv4 and IPv6

Avaya J100 Series IP Phones support IPv4 and IPv6 dual mode, as well as only IPv6 mode. All
the IPv4 functionality is retained for IPv6. IPv6 protocol is enabled by default.
Avaya J100 Series IP Phones support the following combinations of IPv4 and IPv6 IP address
configuration:
• Dual mode: Both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses are configured by using static addressing.
• Dual mode: Both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses are configured by using DHCP.
• IPv4 only mode.
