Description
Use Program 20-09 : Class of Service Options (Incoming Call Service) to define
the incoming call feature availability for each extension Class of Service (COS).

Second Call for DID/DISA/DIL/E&M Override
Turns off or on the extension ability to receive a
second call from a DID, DISA, DIL, or tie line
caller.
With this option set to 1, the destination
extension must be busy for a second DNIS
caller to ring through. If the destination
extension does not have a trunk key
available for the second call and a previous
call is ringing the extension but has not yet
been answered, the second caller hears busy
regardless of this program setting.
Caller ID Display
Turns off or on the Caller ID display at an
extension.
Sub Address Identification
Defines whether or not an extension displays the
Caller Sub-Address.
Notification for Incoming Call List Existence
Determines whether or not an extension display
shows Check List when an incoming call is
missed by a user.
Signal/Voice Call
Turn off or on an extension ability to enable
Handsfree Answerback or Forced Intercom
Ringing for their incoming Intercom calls.
