Jitter Buffer Mode
Set the mode of the Jitter Buffer.
1 = Size set to the fixed amount for the
codec.
2 = The minimum/maximum range for
the codec is used.
3 = The minimum/maximum range for
the codec is used and adjust at any
time, regardless of silence.
Setting 2 (Self adjusting-silent period-is
not valid for IPLB. If this value is set,
the system will operate as Setting 3.

Silence Compression (VAD) Threshold
Set the voice level judged to be silence.
