Description
The heat sink of Servo Driver is overheated.
All the power supplies for the absolute encoder
have failed and position data was cleared.
The checksum results of the absolute encoder
memory are abnormal.
Backup battery voltage for the absolute encoder
has dropped.
Data in the encoder is abnormal.
The Servomotor was rotating at 200 r/min or
more when the power was turned ON.
The internal temperature of encoder is too high.
The A/D converter for speed command input is
defective.
The A/D converter for torque commad input is
defective.
Communications LSI error.
A system error occurred in the Servo Driver.
The Servomotor ran out of control.
Phase A or B of the fully-closed encoder was
disconnected.
Phase Z of the fully-closed encoder was discon-
nected.
The multi-turn for the absolute encoder was not
properly cleared or set.
Communications between Servo Driver and
encoder is not possible.
Encoder parameters are incorrect.
Contents of communications with encoder are
incorrect.
Different multi-turn limits have been set in the
encoder and Servo Driver.
Lag pulse of the deviation counter exceeded the
parameter (Pn505).
The Motor-Load Deviation Over Level (Pn51A)
was exceeded for fully-closed encoder and semi-
closed encoder.
No DeviceNet Unit installed.
No response from the DeviceNet Unit.
WDC error in the DeviceNet Unit.
Same node address already exists on the
DeviceNet network.
No DeviceNet Unit was detected when the
power was supplied to the W-series Servo
Driver.
