Note OFF: Output transistor is OFF (alarm state). ON: Output transistor is ON.
Status and Remedy for Alarm
At main circuit power
supply ON.
Cause
A
One phase (L1, L2, or L3) of the main cir-
cuit power supply is disconnected.
B
There is one phase where the line voltage is
low.
C The Servo Driver is defective.
Note A and B tend to occur in a Servo Driver with a capacity of 500 W or higher.
