Status and Remedy for Alarm
During Servomotor
operation
Deviation counter overflow
during high-speed rotation
Operation is normal, but
deviation counter overflows
when long command is input.
Cause
A
Servomotor wiring is incorrect.
B
The Servo Driver was not correctly
adjusted.
C
Motor load was excessive.
D
Position command is too high.
E
Circuit board (1PWB) is defective.

A

Check wiring at Servomotor.
Increase Speed Loop Gain (Pn100) and
Position Loop Gain (Pn102).
Reduce load torque or inertia. If problem not
corrected, replace with a larger capacity
Servomotor.
• Reduce the acceleration/deceleration rate.
• Change electronic gear ratio.
Replace the Servo Driver.
