12.1. Removing Covers (5/9)

IH Cover R (XPJ-1682SR)

Preparation:
・ Phillips Screwdriver No.2
Screws:
・ S Tight Cup M3x8 (x4)
[1] Remove S/C card(s).
[2] Remove ink cartridge(s).
[3] Remove screw(s).
[4] Remove IH cover R.
[5] To Assemble unit, reverse the removal procedure.

IH Cover L (XPJ-1682SR)

Preparation:
・ Phillips Screwdriver No.2
Screws:
・ S Tight Cup M3x8 (x4)
[1] Remove S/C card(s).
[2] Remove ink cartridge(s).
[3] Remove screw(s).
[4] Remove IH cover L.
[5] To Assemble unit, reverse the removal procedure.

Top Cover (1/2)

Preparation:
・ Phillips Screwdriver No.2
Screws:
・ Tap Tight S M4x8 (x13)
[3] [1] Remove side cover R.
[2] Remove side cover L.
[3] Remove panel unit.
[4] Remove front cover.
[5] Remove IH cover(s).
[3]
・ Removal of IH cover(s) is recommended.
You may remove top cover while IH cover R remains.
However, removal of top cover may scratch IH cover(s).
[6] Remove the cable.
・ 排気ファンケーブルAssy
[7] Remove screw(s).
・ Screw(s) B (x2) fix LED Light (right).
・ LED Light falls free as the screw(s) removed.
・ Hold LED Light (right) while removing the screw(s).
[8] Remove LED Light.
[3]
・ Remove one LED Light (right) in this jov sequence.
[9] Remove the cable.
・ LED Light Cable 1
[10] Assemble LED Light.
