Maintenance
To maintain the performance of this product, please conduct maintenance by yourself.
The types of maintenance are shown next.
Before and after daily ・ Nozzle check and cleaning
operation
Based on your usage ・ Head cleaning
condition
・ Cleaning around the capping unit
・ Cleaning around the print head
・ Cleaning the color sensor
・ Replacing ink bag
・ Emptying waste ink tank
・ Replacing absorption material for the flushing box
・ Replacing Cutter
Weekly ・ Cleaning of cleaning wiper
Monthly ・ Inside cleaning
Every six months ・ Replacing the cleaning wiper
When not used for a week or ・ Head cleaning (Once a week)
more
When not used for a long ・ Long-term storage
period
Since a service technician has to handle following cases, please contact your
local MUTOH dealer.
・ Error requiring restart is happening repeatedly
・ The message to notify the life of print head, pump and various motors is
displayed.
